The Hotel Resort is already in an advanced stage of construction, with walls and slabs completed, now entering the electrical installation phase and beginning the finishing stage.
We have all the necessary documentation, including land ownership, environmental permits, licenses, and approved projects, ensuring the legal and operational compliance of the construction.
